About
DUSKOsound builds the entire audio identity of a project: sound design, original music, foley, and final mix for films, video games, and animation. One author, one coherent sound.
You have generated a gorgeous shot. It moves, it is uncanny, it is yours. And it plays back silent, or worse, with a stock whoosh that fights the image. That is the gap almost every AI film falls into, and it is the easiest one to close.
This wave of AI video tools is astonishing at surfaces: light, motion, texture, faces. What they do not give you is the thing that convinces an audience a world exists, the weight of a footstep, the air in a room, the low pressure of something about to happen. That is sound design, and right now it is still the human part.
Text-to-audio models are improving fast, but they generate a sound, not your sound. They do not know your world is colder than the reference, that this creature’s throat should scrape, that the scene needs to breathe for four seconds before the hit. Direction is the whole job, and direction is where AI audio still falls apart.
Treat it like film, because it is film. Sound goes in once the picture is locked, or close enough that the timing will not move:
Designing before picture lock is a trap in AI work. The shots change more than in traditional film, and every re-generation throws your sync out. Get the image as final as you can, then let sound do its pass.
Whatever you are finishing in, the audio has to drop in without a fight:
Deliver it that way and the finish is boring, in the best sense: everything lands where it should the first time.
An AI film with real sound design stops looking like a tech demo and starts looking like a film. That is not a plugin or a preset. It is someone deciding what your world sounds like and building it to picture. If you are making something in this space and it is playing silent, that is the piece that is missing.
